Said (Bawazir) is a programs manager at An-Nahl Trust Organization and Associate Consultants at NICE Tanzania with more than 17 years’ experience in conducting Leadership training for University and Secondary Schools Students, more than five years in humanitarian and development sector. He is a professional facilitator, practitioner and trainer on Youth venture programs, Project Management in development sector (Project DPro), he is certified with PMD Pro (levels 1 and 2), Mentoring, Coaching and Learner Experience Facilitation in Community Leaders programs and currently is one of the directors of Helping Hand for Relief and Development in Tanzania which headquarters are in USA as well as director of Education for Africa which based in Tanzania.
Sîm-Yassah is a driven development professional with more than fifteen (15) years of experience in the international development sector for several organizations in Togo and abroad supporting strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation, resource mobilization, partnership, capacity development and knowledge management. Sîm-Yassah is a founder member of The Centre de Recherche, d’Etude et d’Appui Technique (CREAT), a non-profit organization in Togo that support capacity building of young and/or emerging evaluators and nonprofit organizations in project management, monitoring and evaluation. Sîm-Yassah is certified in PMD Pro1 and has facilitated several face-to-face and virtual training sessions using the PMD Pro methodology. He lives in Lome, Togo (West Africa), where he enjoys hobbies that include running, playing basketball, swimming and enjoying local food.
Terver Kuegh’s work experience spans over 10 years in the international development sector with roles around developing and leading capacity building projects for several organizations in Nigeria and abroad. In 2017, a Social Learning project he led for Action Against Hunger Nigeria earned international recognition at the Learning Technology Award, in the UK. Terver is the 2017 Alan Harpham award recipient for his work in promoting project management in the international development sector. Terver is associate of Humentum and Founder/CEO of Sabi Training & Consulting Limited, a Nigerian based company providing learning services for development organizations and social enterprises across Africa.
