Tom Dente leads several efforts in support of PM4NGOs overall strategy, development, and sustainability. Tom has served as an advisor, consultant, and leader in both the nonprofit and private sectors focused on assisting organizations to achieve their full potential. Based in New York, he currently advises nonprofit leaders and organizations on issues of strategy, leadership development, and overall effectiveness. Previously, Tom served as the President and CEO of Humentum, an global INGO membership association focused on advancing operational excellence for the social sector. Prior to Humentum, Tom was InsideNGO’s President and CEO before leading the three-way merger of InsideNGO with LINGOs and Mango UK to create Humentum in 2017.
