Jesus E. Nesty is enthusiastic about applying the best practices of engineering, exponential technologies, and the principles and methodologies of Project Management, Strategy Implementation, and Business Continuity to help our clients solve difficult problems, achieve the success of their projects, add value, and increase their readiness and their Organizational Resilience and Maturity.

As co-founder and president of OKA Project Management & Strategic Leadership, he has the responsibility of establishing the vision, mission, and strategic planning of the company, ensuring the success of our operations and services, and being the primary advisor and consultant to all of their clients.
He is also de co-founder of the PM4PRR3 Academy (Project Management for Puerto Rico’s Recovery, Reconstruction and Resiliency Academy), an academic program that integrates and combines the Project and Program DPro Methodologies, the PMO Academy Courses and the Strategy Implementation Institute Course and Certification onto a Strategic Learning Roadmap for the development of the Project Management Profession.
